About Sahaayta - Counselling and Social Support

Sahaayta was established in 2013 with a vision to enhance the status, health and well-being of South-Asian communities through holistic, confidential and culturally-appropriate services. Sahaayta is the delivery arm of the South Asian Trust Inc. who's primary focus for the Trust remains with the provision of client-centred, culturally appropriate professional services to migrant and former refugee families.
